To help you master Lync, we have user guides and training videos.

We also offer a two hour hands-on class and a one hour lecture-based class. Both are offered on an ongoing basis during our migration to Lync. The hands-on class is recommended to help get you started using unified communication tools. To request a special session for your department, send an email to lyncdeploy@uh.edu.
