Lync Unified Communications
The University of Houston has a new phone system built around Microsoft Lync. Rolm and Cisco phones are being replaced with Lync phones. Our new phone system is much more than just new desk phones. Lync unifies voice and video calls, Lync online meetings, presence, and instant messaging (IM) in one easy-to-use software client, making it simple to choose and switch between different forms of communication and collaboration.
