Wireless Lapel Microphone

A microphone that is not attached to the recording device by cable.. There are two parts to a wireless microphone - the transmitter (a very small microphone) and a receiver connected to the recording device. The microphone is usually clipped to the lapel of the speaker, or held in the hand if it is a large.
