The UIT E-Communications (E-Comm) Center provides four top-level services:

• Distributes official University communications (via RightNow);
• Creates and supports electronic campus mailing lists (via LISTSERV);
• Facilitates online collaboration (via SharePoint); and,
• Administers the emergency management system software (PIER).
