VPN (Virtual Private Network)
Virtual private networking (VPN) is available to UH students, faculty and staff to help connect to computing resources outside of UH while using mobile computing devices with wireless Ethernet cards (network interface cards (NICs)) and to computing resources on the UH network while using computers from off campus. Connecting to the network via VPN is done using a CougarNet account. After obtaining a CougarNet account, you will need to download, install and configure VPN.
