Software Support Standards
The Information Technology Support Center (ITSC) provides support for a variety of desktop software products for Windows and Macintosh environments. Supported products fall into two broad categories, Standard Support and Limited Support.
Standard Support Software
Standard Support software products are those that are widely used at UH, such as Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and McAfee VirusScan. For these products, the ITSC has extensive skills, expertise and resources, and can provide in-depth assistance.
The ITSC provides standard desktop support for the following core operating systems and applications.

Limited Support
Limited Support software products are those that are less widely used at UH than the standard support products. Examples include Claris FileMaker Pro and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
