Headed by Dennis Fouty, Ph.D.

Headed by Arun Jain, Ph.D., Enterprise Systems (ES) is responsible for designing and maintaining all Administrative software. ES is the department that maintains the Voice Information Processing system as well as the software systems that manage the university's student records.

Headed by Mary Dickerson (CISSP, PMP, MCSE), IT Security is responsible for developing security best practices, coordinating security issues, conducting investigations, reporting, and working with IT and other departments to minimize security risks and assure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Headed by James Bradley, J.D., Technology Support Services (TSS) is responsible for providing technology solutions to the campus through desktop computing support, the technology commons lab, academic technologies such as classrooms and digital media services, web and communications technologies, network and telephone operations and the technology partners program.
