Delayed and Lost Voice Mail Messages

The problem with the delayed and undelivered messages is stable at this time.
The Avaya voicemail system began experiencing problems involving delayed and undelivered messages on October 27, 2004.
The system is stable after application of a patch. It appears that the problem was created by an overloading of the system. Therefore, the administrators will continue monitoring the system to ensure continued stability as the load increases.
