Who Will Attend?
UH faculty, staff and students will be in attendance, giving your business a great opportunity to showcase your products and services while gaining valuable exposure to the campus community. The conference will provide your company with the chance to demonstrate and display your products, meet with and sign-up prospective customers, and pass out literature.

To register for the 2010 UIT Technology Conference, please contact Amy Ma at 713-743-2311 or amy@uh.edu. If you’re unable to attend but are interested in being represented, sponsorship opportunities are available for items such as event shirts, food service, and prizes to be raffled to attendees.

Conference Location:
The conference is located in the Houston Room of the University Center. Visitor parking is conveniently located near the UC.

Arrival Time:
Please arrive no later than 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 13. However, we suggest that you arrive by 8 a.m. so you’ll have plenty of time to prepare for the 10 a.m. event start. Note: There’s a coffee/breakfast shop in the University Center.

Setup:
Booth set-up time is from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 13 - the day of the conference. You will receive email instructions for mailing packages prior to the event.

Parking:
We provide parking for all exhibitors. Please stop at the information booth at entrance #1 off Calhoun Road for information.

Vendor Booths:
We provide a table and chairs, table skirt, and pipe and drape around each 10’x10’ booth for $150. A double booth (10' x 20') is $300. Electric power will be within easy reach. Wireless networking will be available throughout the exhibit hall. Snacks will be distributed to the vendors along with bottled water. Vendors are welcome to free hotdogs, popcorn and cookies for lunch.

Cleanup:
Vendors should not disassemble or vacate their booths until 2 p.m. Everything needs to be out of the exhibit hall by 4 p.m.

Help:
Volunteers will be available beginning at 8 a.m. to assist you the day of the conference. They will be wearing shirts with the Technology Conference logo. If you need assistance of any kind, ask an event volunteer to help you.
