DisruptedBlackboard Learn Production 1 of 7 Nodes Unavailable
April 10, 2014 , 4:20 PM

One of the seven application nodes in Blackboard Learn Production stopped working at 3:08 pm. Users may report getting the message “Service Temporarily Unavailable”.  They can be re-directed to a working node by closing their browser and clearing their cache.

The non-functioning node, is being removed from those available to users, so users will be automatically directed to a working node. Users should be able to continue normal activities once they are on one of the six working nodes.

However, notification updates, such as myGrades and Updates, accessed in the Global Navigation are not currently working for everyone. Users with this problem can go directly into their courses to see the same information.
