DisruptedUniversity of Houston Facilities Management successfully tested and repaired the electrical feeders; however, some network equipment is still disrupted..

University of Houston Facilities Management successfully repaired and tested its electrical feeders. Power has been restored to campus, however, network equipment at multiple locations on campus did not recover after power restoration. Technicians are in the process of restoring network connectivity to affected equipment.


Network equipment in the following buildings did not recover: Roy Cullen, Moody Towers, Classroom and Business Building, Architecture, and Conrad Hilton.

DisruptedProgress on network service restoration is ongoing, and has improved significantly. We continue to work to fully restore services.

Network equipment in the following buildings are partially disrupted: JD Armistead, Moody Towers, both wired and wireless, Keeland building and Bates Hall.
DisruptedNetwork restoration work is almost completed.

Please report any further service disruptions vie normal channels. any ongoing work from this point is being handled as non-power disruption related incidents. Services interrupted by the power disruption have been restored to full service.
