The daily PeopleSoft feed with specific data to create CougarNet accounts, allow CougarNet password resets, and create email aliases has changed causing these services to be disrupted for some customers. ITAC will distribute an update after an assessment of the scope and impact is completed. SMEs are investigating this incident. There is no ETR available at this time.

The daily feed specific with Cougarnet Accounts has currently been approved by Enterprise systems and UIT.  The corrected program was moved into production today at 10:07am.  UIT has scheduled the job in PeopleSoft at 10:10am. The process is expected to take about 1.5 hours to complete. This time may vary depending on the number of other processes currently running on the PeopleSoft system. Once UIT receives the data they will review the final production file for errors.

Once that file has been verified UIT will begin processing the feed to create email aliases for new students in that feed. The nightly process for creating CougarNet accounts will resume at 11:45pm tonight at the normal processing time. UIT will be able to provide a final status update Thursday morning to assure that all processes are running normally.

The reported problem of ldap searches and not being able to connect to Active Directory is resolved. Admins were able to successfully run the batch process to import Cougarnet Ids into PeopleSoft.
