Issue in AccessUH with myUH and Campus Solutions icons
Support services are receiving request for assistance with AccessUH.uh.edu. Customers are experiencing unexpected responses to service selections on that site. SME's are investigating the issue. No ETR is established at this time.
Some customers attempting access to myUH and Campus Solutions using the AccessUH portal are experiencing connection issues.
Indications are that customers whose myUH (Peoplesoft) passwords had expired are being affected. A temporary work-a-round is in place. Customers unable to reset their passwords are ask to contact ITSC at 3-1411. UIT technical staff are working to resolve this issue. Updates will be distributed as additional information becomes available.
