DisruptedService Affecting Incident Notification: TSM outage

Incident Summary: TSM SME has reported that the TSM backup service is still not available due to the residual effects of the SAN incident this weekend.  The SMEs  plans to run a limited number of backups to protect enterprise production databases beginning tonight, and hope to have the TSM service restored to the rest of the campus soon.    Please refer to Inquiry # [1057463]

 

 

 

Impact Assessment:Medium: TSM back services are only available on a limited basis Updates are coming soon but no ETR at this time

Incident Summary: TSM services have been restored for production services.  A limited outage continues for desktop backups.  Please see the Limited TSM Disruption alert for more information.
