Customers are unable to access PeopleSoft Finance due to a problem with the access URLs. PeopleSoft SMEs' are investigating at this time. The scope and impact is undetermined at this time. Updates will be provided as more information is gathered.

The DBA on-call restarted the affected PeopleSoft web systems to restore service.
