ITAC's monitoring tool lost contact with RolmMAS05 through RolmMAS09 and CiscoMAS02.

We will distribute an update after an assessment of the scope and impact is completed. The estimated time to repair has not been determined.

The Avaya voicemail message waiting indicator (MWI) light is unavailable. SMEs are investigating this incident.
