The Avaya Voicemail service (associated with Cisco and Rolm phone systems) is currently unavailable to customers.  Analysts have been notified, and are investigating the incident at this time.

The Avaya voicemail system continues to be unavailable to customers. Administrators are working with vendor and network support to identify the cause of the incident at this time. There is currently no estimated time to repair. Lync voicemail services remain available.
ResolvedAvaya voicemail services have been restored.

A communication issue between Exchange and Avaya was identified to be the cause of the incident. An Exchange server and the Avaya environment were restarted to clear the issue, and restore services.
