Lunch & Learn Wellbeing Series

ORR Suicide Prevention Training
You never know when you might encounter a student, friend or family member in need of immediate assistance. Learn how to recognize someone who may be contemplating suicide and how to help. Attend Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Training offered by UH Counseling and Psychological Services throughout the spring semester, 12 -1 PM, in the Student Services Center 1. In February, The Rose will visit the UH ERP location to provide 3D/2D mobile mammography services to qualified UH employees. Weight Watcher’s Bat Work - Freestyle
Join a new 17-week series of the Weight Watchers at Work program held every Thursday from 12:15 to 1 p.m. on campus! Starting Jan. 18, meetings will occur throughout the spring in the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center in the first floor Rotunda Room. Membership includes meetings, program materials and access to online digital tools.
Weight Watchers at Work is open to faculty, staff and students and provides ongoing support, encouragement and the convenience of on-site meetings.
