Mandatory Learning

In accordance with the Texas Labor Code, §21.010, all State of Texas employees are required to complete annual training. This site provides information to help you access the online training.


During Mandatory Training all UHS employees are required to complete the following six trainings (unless exempt by level or responsibility):  Equal Employment Opportunity (EE),  Fraud Awareness, Code of Ethics, FERPA, Secure Our Systems, and the External Consulting & Related Party Disclosure Form.  All courses are on-line and employees are required to complete within a defined timeframe typically during the fall semester.  Records and reports are generated to departments and colleges verifying successful completion.
