The Employee Relations Section of Human Resources is dedicated to providing positive avenues to conflict resolution, performance management, and coaching. Policy interpretation and guidance with employees having performance issues are also handled in the Employee Relations section. We strive to ensure that work related disputes and grievances are also handled in accordance with University policies and procedures. We are the point of contact for reward and recognition program designs that assist individuals and departments with making the work environment more positive, enjoyable and less stressful.
