The HR Records Office keeps confidential personnel records on all UH employees. We can help you with the following:

• Maintain and manage UH personnel files
• Supply employment verification information upon request to selected parties

• If you are a foreign national on F-1 or J-1, please contact ISSSO.
• If you are foreign national working for UH on any visa type other than F-1 or J-1, and you need a letter so that you can leave the country and return, please contact Toeur Khuth in the Office of the General Counsel.
• If you are in need of student academic records, please contact the Office of Registration and Academic Records.
• Information about job postings is at http://www.uh.edu/human-resources/jobs-uh/index.php.

All other record requests and questions, including Open Records Act requests should be made through the Office of the General Counsel.
