The challenges of senior leaders change as often as the world around us, and in these times of constant economic, political and social shifting, the executive’s ability to effectively manage their teams – while keeping an eye on future trends -- becomes crucial.
Leading in the 21st Century is a new program currently being developed by UH Learning and Development for UH senior leaders and executives.
Anticipated topics include:
- Strategic thinking
- Change management
- Coaching and mentoring
- Building partnerships
- Succession planning
Participants will engage in a variety of activities, such as group facilitation, case studies, videos, project assignments and more.
