University of Houston Health Sciences Task Force

As part of its strategic planning process, the UH System Board of Regents has charged the University of Houston with creating a health science center and serving as lead institution for a new UH System multi-institution teaching center (MITC) at the Texas Medical Center. To spearhead this initiative, a University of Houston Health Sciences Task Force has been appointed to determine whether a health science center is in the best interests of the university, and if so, to develop a business plan for bringing it to fruition.

The Health Sciences Task Force meets weekly, with this web site serving as a repository for resources related to the initiative. The task force welcomes input and questions from all members of the UH System/University of Houston community. They can be directed to FEEDBACK.
