Q.
How do I know which pay
periods are included in a
calendar month for
reconciliation purposes?
A. Look at the payroll
calendar for the month and
look for the words FINAL
PAYROLL. Any payroll that is
finalized in a given month
will be included in the
labor distribution reports
along with the BOB and the
GL reports. When the pay
period ended and when the
paycheck is paid to the
employee are irrelevant.
