A state employee is
entitled to observe Yom
Kippur, Cesar
Chavez Day or Good
Friday in lieu of
any holiday or holidays on
which the employee’s agency
is required to be open and
staffed to conduct public
business.
Each university will
notify its employees of the
approved holiday schedule.
