Registration Information for Managers
Each department is responsible for registering newly hired faculty and staff for ROAR by noon on the Friday prior to their scheduled attendance. You can register your new hire as far out as you wish. Please register your newly hired staff or faculty member as soon as the offer is accepted in order to insure they have time to fill out the necessary forms to bring to orientation.
Time, Date and Location
ROAR is held every Monday at
8:30 am except when Monday
is a holiday, then it is
held on the following
Tuesday. It is held in
McElhinney Hall on the third
floor, room 341.
Parking Accommodations
Free parking for new hires will be provided the day of orientation if he/she has been registered for orientation by 12:00 noon on the Friday preceding the scheduled orientation. Please direct the new faculty or staff member to go to the Visitor Information Booth
in lot 15 G (in front of the
Athletic/Alumni Building) to receive a free parking
pass and information on where to park.
To Make ROAR a Success Follow These
Steps:
1) Register new hire for ROAR by
clicking on the link below
2) Check your email for successful
registration
3) Verify ROAR date, time, location and parking
with new hire
4) Advise new hire about required forms for
completion for ROAR

Please Advise New Hires to Bring the Following to
ROAR:
1. License Plate Number (if parking permit is needed)
2. Authorization to work in the U.S.
