WHAT ABOUT LUNCH?
You have two options for lunch. You will be provided with a discounted lunch coupon for one of our residential hall restaurants or you can go
on your own. There are several places on campus to have lunch within the hour time frame. A number of fast food options (Subway, Java City, Chick-fil-A, Wendy’s, Italian food and Sushi) are located within the University Center (UC) which is located directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel.
You can also use this time to get your Cougar One card (your employee i.d.) and your parking permit. You will receive instructions on how to do this prior to your lunch break.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
We will need to collect important
information from you to initiate your
benefits enrollment and payroll. We prefer you fill out this paperwork and bring all the necessary forms to ROAR; however, we will still need to
see all original identification for the I-9 documentation in person,

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
With a
comprehensive benefits plan and several
retirement options to choose from, you might
want to review the plans and bring any
questions with you to ROAR. Who knows, you
might just help a fellow Cougar out with a
well thought out question.
