Shasta’s Culinary Workshop
Looking to try a different restaurant
on campus? Shasta’s is a lunch only café
operated by students from the Health and
Human Performance - Human Nutrition and Food
Program. Meals are prepared from scratch
daily with care and attention given to
quality and nutritional value. They are open
Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30am to 1pm.
