Benefits Open Enrollment 2008
Open Enrollment period will begin July 28,
2008 and will continue until August 22,
2008.
During this time, you will be able to make
changes to your benefit elections. Such
changes include adding dependents to medical
without going through the medical
underwriting process, changing or enrolling
and adding dependents in a dental plan, and
enrolling or changing the annual pledge
amount for PayFlex health and dependent
accounts.
You can submit the Evidence of
Insurability starting July 1, 2008 through
August 31, 2008 for Dependent life or
additional life or Short and Long Term
Disability.
Remember to update your contact information in ERS OnLine so you can receive Summer
Enrollment information as well as other important
communication from ERS.
Go to the ERS website and log in to ERS
OnLine to:
Update your phone number, mailing
address, and email address.
Update your dependent's and
beneficiary's personal information (we
need your beneficiary's date of birth
and Social Security number to promptly
pay benefits.)
View a summary of your current
benefits; and
Update your benefits during Summer
Enrollment or after experiencing a
qualifying life event (QLE), such as
marriage or divorce.
The ERS OnLine Login is located at the
top right corner of the
ERS
website.
