ePAR Update
The Gideon Taylor consultants arrived on
November 5th. During the first week the
consultants, Enterprise Technical team,
Payroll Functional team and HRMS Functional
team worked together on project mapping and
analysis. Data used on the existing PAR was
literally mapped to where it comes from in
PeopleSoft to where it will go on the new
form. The process was long and tedious. We
must have filled 6 dry erase boards by the
time we were finished.
Work commenced the second week with
designing pages, creating setup tables,
loading data on setup tables and discussing
functionality. The weeks that followed have
been most productive, and we are excited
with the progress to date. Look for future
updates in the months to come.
