The Human Resource Department invites all staff, faculty and students to join the UH "Cougar Pause" Toastmasters Club. (No registration is required)

Through its worldwide network of clubs, Toastmasters helps nearly 280,000 people communicate effectively and achieve the confidence to lead others. The UH Toastmasters Club offers instruction and skill development to help people speak effectively while learning and practicing versatile communication techniques in a comfortable social-club environment.

Cougar Pause meetings are held on the first and third Fridays of each month from 12pm-1pm in Room 341 of the McElhinney Building.
