3 + 3 Undergraduate/Law Dual Degree Program Interest Form

The Honors College, in partnership with the University of Houston Law Center and the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, offers an Undergraduate/Law Dual Degree Program, called 3+3. It will allow a small group of exceptional students to attend the Honors College for three years and move to the UH Law Center their senior year, one year early.

Upon completion of the first year of law school, students will earn a degree in Liberal Studies, with a minor in Phronesis, the study of law, politics and ethics, and a second minor of your choice.

To be considered you must be an incoming freshman, or in some cases sophomore at the University of Houston Honors College. Strongest applicants have SAT scores of 1200 or better. Current UH Honors College students who are not eligible for the accelerated admissions track may be able to participate in activities and programs.

The program will be kept small and offer mentoring, support, counseling, speakers, access to the Law School faculty and programs and LSAT prep. If you are interested in being considered, please complete the Interest Form below and we will follow up with a formal application and additional information.
