Honors College Room Request

Please read the guidelines below before proceeding with a room request.

-Room requests will be confirmed no more than two weeks in advance and the Honors College usually requires at least 48 hours notice for requests.

-The Honors College is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays during the school year. Summer hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

-Events scheduled after the Honors College's open hours will be assessed a room rental fee at the rate of $25 per hour per student worker, payable in advance.

-The Honors College cannot guarantee chairs for events in the Commons, especially during class hours.

-The Commons may not be booked before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

-The Honors College cannot guarantee A/V support or setup/breakdown support for an event. The organizer takes responsibility for setting up an event as well as cleaning the space after.
