Honors College Room Request

Room Request Guidelines

- Make room requests NO LATER THAN 48 hours in advance.

- You will receive an email from Events informing you of the request's status within 3 days of submission.

-We cannot schedule recurring meetings for non-Honors groups.

-Events in the Honors College must occur between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays during the school year. Summer hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

-The Commons may not be booked before 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

-Events will not be scheduled after 7:00pm Mon-Thurs and 5:00pm Friday.

-The Honors College cannot guarantee chairs for events in the Commons, especially during class hours.

-The Honors College cannot guarantee A/V support or setup/breakdown support for an event. The organizer takes responsibility for setting up an event as well as cleaning the space after.
