Bringing in Bacchus: The Production and Performance of a Modern Dionysia
The Center for Creative Work at the University of Houston Honors College inaugurated a Dionysia in 2009 on the Ancient Greek model, bringing together academic and creative talents in a university-led, city-wide celebration of theater and civic duty. Our presentation documents the birth and development of this project.
Dionysia 2011 rehearsals are underway. Keep up with the cast and crew in this year's video-diary.
