Tuition and Fees for Professional Program

The University of Houston is a state-assisted institution. Tuition for the 2008-2009 school year is $298 per semester hour for Texas residents and $573 per semester hour for nonresidents. The course load for the first two semesters of pharmacy school is 30 semester hours, In addition, to tuition, about $1400 in fees is also required each semester for full-time students.

Tuition and fees are set by the Texas Legislature and the University of Houston System Board of Regents and are subject to change without notice.
