Admission to Master's and Doctoral Programs
The Department of Biology and Biochemistry offers programs of research and study leading to the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Biology or Biochemistry. In addition to the College of Natural Science and Mathematics Admission Requirements, applicants should have a baccalaureate degree in the physical or life sciences.
Evaluation of applicants involves a broad range of criteria including undergraduate preparation, GRE scores, three letters of recommendation, and relevant scientific experience. Application materials may be requested by writing or e-mailing:
