Facilities

The college is housed in several buildings on and off campus at the new UH Energy Research Park. Biomedical Engineering recently populated the second floor of the Science and Engineering Research Center, a multidisciplinary center focused on UH Health initiatives. Part of the first floor of SERC houses the UH Nanofabrication Facility, a state-of-the-art clean room managed by the Cullen College of Engineering and supported by the UH Division of Research. The Petroleum Engineering Program opened in a newly renovated facility at the UH Energy Research Park in January 2011. The park is also home to several Cullen College research efforts, including the Texas Diesel Testing and Research Center and the National Wind Energy Center.
