HLT 6321 or consent of instructor. Theory and skills for planning health and education programs
and developing a proposal for securing external funding from public and private sources.
7350: Computer Applications in HPE Cr. 3. (3-0). Application
of mainframe and microcomputers in health education and physical education.
8304: Doctoral Residency Seminar Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisites: consent of instructor and approval of
residency. May be repeated with approval of advisor. Examination of potential research topics in the
area of doctoral specialization.
8306: Advanced Seminar Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisite: HPER 8304 or consent of instructor. Principles
of scientific inquiry with specific application to individual research in health and physical education.
8399:8699:8999: Doctoral Dissertation Cr. 3-12 per semester.
