Alumni Association

Many activities essential to the realization of the goals of the college are carried on by the College of Optometry Alumni Association. Reorganized in 1981, the Alumni Association includes student recruiting, graduate placement, and fund-raising among its supportive roles. The Alumni Association is formally affiliated with the UH Alumni Organization.

Alumni join members of the ophthalmic business community and other friends of the college with their participation in the Annual Fund. The fund supports such professionally vital activities and programs as clinical research, graduate fellowships, postgraduate residencies, continuing education, library acquisitions, development of learning resources, and alumni affairs.
