Facilities

The college is housed in several buildings on campus. In 1983 it moved into its
newest building, housing industrial engineering; portions of civil, electrical,
and mechanical engineering; a modern computing facility; and the college
administration offices. In addition to the usual engineering equipment, the
college has several facilities, including two anechoic chambers, a systems
simulation laboratory, allied geophysical laboratories, an aerodynamics and
turbulence research laboratory, a materials engineering laboratory, a
superconductivity laboratory, a microelectronics laboratory, a structures
research laboratory, a two-phase flow laboratory, a biochemical laboratory, two
expert-systems laboratories, a systems design laboratory, and many others.
