Pickup Request
Prospective Students: Please
send this information when the date of travel is confirmed.
This request is for pickup as well as temporary
accomodation. Each student please file individual requests. No group requests will
be accepted.
Instructions for filling the form
1. NEW STUDENTS with confirmed travel plans and requesting GISO
airport pickup service may fill this form.
2. Please send your requests WELL IN ADVANCE (at least 3 - 4 days)
and don't wait until your travel date, so that we have time to process your request.
3. Please complete ALL the fields accurately and specify any other
special detail(s) that you think we should know while arranging a pickup for you.
4. You will receive an acknowledgement from GISO within a maximum
of 5 DAYS. For your reference, we'll also send the contact information of the person(s)
incharge of picking you up soon afterwards, incase you need to contact them directly.
5. Please DO NOT make any alternate or backup arrangements for
airport pickup if you are filling up this form. We'll definitely send someone to
receive you at the airport. Please remember that this is a volunteer service and
we will be unnecessarily sending someone otherwise. If you do have to change your
mind for any reason, please inform us immediately.
6. If your travel plans change, please inform us well in advance
and resubmit another form with your new details as soon as possible.
7. Make sure you give your correct email id ,this would help us
a lot.
8. Lastly it would greatly help us out if you plan to arrive on
