Sylvia Casares & Kitchen Tour

Sylvia is a native of South Texas and the proud owner of Sylvia’ Enchilada Kitchen. She has been in business since 1998 and was discovered by the media in 2004. Sylvia released her first DVD and cookbook in October 2007 and received rave reviews. Sylvia has been given the nickname, “Houston’s Queen of Enchiladas.”
