Ronnie Crocker is a veteran Houston Chronicle writer and editor. He is currently working on the business desk and writing the Beer, TX blog. He has been successfully writing the Beer, TX blog since March 2009. The Houston Chronicle is the third newspaper he has worked for and he is also the author of Houston Beer: A Heady History of Brewing in the Bayou City. He is a Texas native, born in Galveston and raised in Houston and Pearland. Crocker has a BS in Journalism from Texas A&M University and also has an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
