Educators: Empowering individuals that they
have some control over their own health is a very powerful
message. It is important to communicate that improving your
health does not have to be a set of disciplined rules that
we all must follow. There are some general guidelines, for
example most people don't move their bodies enough, but that
doesn't mean that we must all adapt a rigid jogging schedule.
But, it is good to know your overall health, and begin from
