Fire Marshal Inspection Request
Please fill out the following form in order to request any inspection from the UH Fire Marshal’s Office. All requests must contain the building permit number issued by the UH Fire Marshal’s Office. Requests will be received and processed on a first come first serve basis. Requests for inspections within 24 hours will not be accepted.
