How long do I have to pick up my key? You have 30 days to pick up your key. After 30 days, unclaimed keys will be returned to the Lock Shop. You must complete a new key request form to obtain your key(s).
What do I do if I lost my key? The first step is to contact your department and let them know about the missing key. Then contact the University of Houston Police Department and receive a case number. Once a case number is given you can order a new key by including that case number in the comments.
