On Saturday, May 18, the Calhoun Road entrance to parking lot 2A at the Health and Biomedical Sciences Building will be closed between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. The main entrance to the building, as well as the entrances off Calhoun, will be closed to incoming and outgoing traffic.
The adjacent sidewalks along Calhoun and the Campus Recreation & Wellness Center will also be closed to pedestrian traffic during this time.
Construction crews will be moving mechanical equipment from the ground to the roof of the Health and Biomedical Sciences Building. Tellepsen Builders will be bringing in a crane to move the equipment. Tellepsen will be providing flagmen to guide the crane and to direct construction traffic at both the Calhoun and Wheeler entrances of parking lot 2A.
Please refer to the attached drawing for affected areas. The areas outlined in red will be closed to all non-construction traffic.
