Description
The New Football Stadium is an approximate 629,000 GSF stadium including 186,000 GSF of enclosed amenities. The enclosed space offers reserved donor seating options, club facilities, suite, press box facilities, locker rooms, meeting rooms, concessions, central commissary, restrooms, ticket facilities, and an approximately 25,000 GSF academic services building. This new facility will be capable of seating 40,000 spectators in multiple levels and seating options. A one story academic facility is planned to be occupied by the UH band including rehearsal space. Not included in the above referenced GSF, are a new scoreboard, lighting package, and additional site work improvements to include plazas, tailgating areas and parking lot modifications.
