Description

ERP Bldg 1 was constructed in 1953 and is a 3- story office facility comprised of approximately 56,535 sf.  This facility faces I45 and was previously the main office headquarters for Schlumberger. This facility with three (3) wings 1A, 1B and 1C. Wing '1A' is not a useable facility and not part of this project. ERP Bldg 1 - Renovations, Project P770800 is comprised of previously identified Wings 1B and 1C and is now identified as 'Bldg 1' only. Major MEP systems are being replaced, north ribbon windows are being replaced, interior finishes are all being replaced and restrooms upgraded to ADA compliance. Roof systems for the 1st and 2nd levels are being replaced.
