University of Houston hosts one of the state's premiere charter schools.
Each year, UH hosts about 50 summer camps for youngsters interested in engineering, science, arts, music, and sports.
ETUO works with academic colleges, faculty and other administrative units to coordinate course and program delivery, student support services, and to provide faculty development opportunities. We also work with colleges and develop and implement Extension programs for domestic and international delivery.
ETUO also serves as a liaison with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and the Southern Regional Electronic Board on matters related to accurate reporting and maintenance of quality standards.

The Office of Faculty Development and Instructional Support promotes and supports faculty and programs using technology to enhance the learning experience in the classroom and in the community.
Continuing Education provides leadership and professional development training to Houston professionals. For over three decades, UH Continuing Education has contributed to organizational excellence through certificate programs, customized training and partnerships, courses and conferences.
